In short: we only collect what you send through the contact form, and only to reply to you. No tracking cookies.
01Who we are
lagard.ro presents the exhibitions of the “La Gard” Art Gallery in Copou Park, Iași. The data controller is the Iași Photographers’ Club (Clubul Fotografilor Iași). You can write to us at club.fotografilor@gmail.com.
02What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, e-mail address and message. The site has no user accounts, comments or newsletter. To protect against unwanted messages, we keep a fingerprint (hash) of the IP address the form is sent from for one hour.
03Why, and on what basis
We use the data only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form.
04How long we keep it
We keep messages for at most 12 months after the last exchange, then delete them.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data. Messages only pass through the site’s hosting provider (spatiul.ro) and the club’s e-mail service (Gmail, Google).
06Cookies and external services
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served from lagard.ro. The OpenStreetMap map loads only if you press “Load the map”; your browser then connects to OpenStreetMap servers, which see your IP address. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored only in your browser.
07Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to club.fotografilor@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
08Changes
When we change this policy we update the date below. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
